Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. BrainThreads is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. 

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), you will receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

BrainThreads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
